4 Chicken breasts - cooked -and cut up
1 Corn, can
1 Peas, can
1 Kidney beans, can, mashed
1/2cTomatoes, diced*
1cPotato flakes
1tbPicante sauce
3cShredded cheddar cheese
2tbMayonnaise

*The recipes recommends Hunts' Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles

Cook chicken ahead of time and cut into chunks. Mix the chicken and the rest of the ingredients except for 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Spread the mixture into a large, shallow rectangular pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the mixture and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
